Bahia Concepcion is a beautiful place to visit if you go to Mulege, but do not rent a house in Posda Concepcion. the manager Emilia Villacencio is a very dishonest person. My family rented a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house 1 month ahead early and when we got there, she gave us 1 Bd,, 1 bath house and she double de price. She new we did not have any other option. We talked with some retired people ( most from US) and they are selling their houses because Emilia does not let them to have visitor in their own houses. Most of the houses are on sell right now.

Been there is the ony BAD experience we had in Mulege. I will post the link so you can see all the houses that american people are trying to sell and leave that place.

RE: “Stay away from Posada Concepcion”
This place was until recent years a hotbed of buying and selling properties. It was considered safe to be there and had one resident that stayed year round.(of course Jim Apple from nominds would wander around naked, freak) Security used to be good and they had two good diesel gensets that were donated by a former resident many years ago. The problem is the owner of the property is batshit crazy and complains about the cost of running the gensets even though he got them for nothing. The rents for property have doubled in recent years and the owner snags a percentage of every land transfer. I have heard that crime is out of control there now because the people tasked with protecting the place are now stealing from the homes.

Interesting that all that was predicted for this area is now coming true. Should be able to buy homes there for thirty cents on the dollar soon. Just ask Toneart how that feels as his little house is now in the giveaway price range in Mulege.

A (REALLY) LITTLE tiny LEBANESE PRICK PRETENDING HE IS A MEXICAN SPIC...Thats our Jihad e Salman shrimp Dodgy

The vermin who do these rip offs need to have their heads ripped from their bodies. Maybe then, they will get the word people do not like being ripped off.

What a fucking CEE-YOU-NEXT-TUESDAY ASSHOLE!!!
